OVERVIEW

Arax Playschemes is a booking and administration system for holiday playschemes for children. This system was created for borough councils, and similar organisations needing a comprehensive, yet intuitive system to administer their bookings. The system is designed to be simple to use, easy to learn, and robust in operation. It has been in use since 2006.

 

This system provides a booking function for up to 4 children on multiple days and at multiple venues with optional “late pickups” in one submission with charges automatically calculated. The payments system allows weekly payments and reports under- or overpayments.

 

The system is available for all Windows operating systems, and uses the MS Excel database engine. It is available in stand alone, and network shared versions.
